My name is Oscar Martins, and I am a dedicated real estate professional with over 10
years of experience helping clients navigate the real estate market and achieve their
American dream of homeownership and investment.
Before entering real estate, I spent more than 40 years in the automobile industry,
where I developed a strong foundation in customer service, communication, relationship
building, and understanding the needs of people from all walks of life. I bring that same
commitment and personal approach to every real estate transaction.
I have completed coursework toward the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and
Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) designations, continuing to expand my
knowledge and expertise to better serve my clients. I have also been honored with the
NJ Realtors Circle of Excellence Sales Award in 2017, 2019, 2020, and 2022.
What I enjoy most about real estate is helping people reach their goals—whether they
are buying their first home, finding the right property, selling a home, or making a real
estate investment. I believe that every client deserves personalized attention, honest
