Lovenie Pierre Paul entered the real estate industry in 2020, driven by her deep passion
for houses and interior design. She has always found herself attending open houses
simply for the joy it brings her, as she loves seeing the expressions of delight on
people's faces when they step into their new homes. Helping others find this happiness has been a lifelong dream for her. One of the aspects she particularly enjoys about being a real estate agent is the flexibility it offers, allowing her to create her own
schedule and be her own boss. Being able to pick up her kids from school every day is
important to her.
Lovenie graduated from Union High School in 2013 and earned a diploma. She then
pursued an Associated degree in Business Management at Union County College,
completing her studies in 2018. Starting in retail in 2012 as a sales associate, she
quickly progressed in her career. Within three months, she became a leader and
continued to advance to the positions of supervisor in 2015 and assistant manager. This
experience prepared her well for real estate, as it involved actively listening to buyers
and sellers to understand their needs?something she has been doing for the past
seven years.
While Lovenie enjoys both working with buyers and sellers, she has a particular
fondness for working with buyers. Having lived in Essex for over eight years, she moved
there in 2014 from Union County due to the high rent prices. Lovenie appreciates the
calmness of the community, especially in her current residence of Maplewood, which
she finds exquisitely beautiful. In her leisure time, she indulges in watching African
movies, which evoke a sense of nostalgia and connection to her home country, Haiti.
