real estate is the complete control he has over every aspect of his career, allowing him
to make impactful decisions that shape his trajectory in this field.
His educational background includes a major in Film & Television from Montclair State
University, where he received a College Emmy Award for a news reporting project on
climate change and racial injustice in New Orleans. From high school through college to
the present day, he has successfully operated his own freelance Videography &
Photography business, working in cities such as California, Atlanta, New York City, and
Florida. This journey has equipped him with adaptability and versatility in connecting
with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
While Khan excels in both listing and working with buyers, his primary goal remains
assisting people, regardless of the challenges encountered together. Growing up in
Kearny, New Jersey, he values the close-knit community that allows him to engage
personally, whether face to face or through social media, while also enjoying its
proximity to New York City. In his free time, he enjoys directing and producing high-
quality content for various brands across different industries.
