Licensed Real Estate Broker in 1999, and was invited to join the Real Estate
Cyberspace Specialist (RECS) Society in 2000. He later earned the ABR?
(Accredited Buyer's Representative) designation, graduated from the REALTOR?
Institute (GRI) in 2004, obtained his Title Insurance License in 2006, became a
Seniors Real Estate Specialist? (SRES?) in 2008, earned HAFA certification in 2010,
Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) designation in 2011, completed
Advanced Broker Training in 2012, and has continued his professional development
through numerous CRS courses over the years.
Alex's passion for education extends beyond his own career. In 2019, he became a New
Jersey Continuing Education (CE) Instructor, and in 2021, he earned his license as a
New Jersey Real Estate Instructor, where he enjoys mentoring and educating the
next generation of real estate professionals.
In addition to serving his clients, Alex has been actively involved in the real estate
community, serving as a Director of the National Association of REALTORS? (NAR)
and the Liberty Board of REALTORS?. His leadership reflects his dedication to
advancing the profession and upholding the highest ethical standards.
Outside of real estate, Alex has been happily married for more than 25 years and is the
proud father of two sons. He believes that real estate is more than buying and selling
